Refund policy

At Ticmecos®, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances.

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The original packaging is intact
- The item was received damaged or incorrect

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
