1 .our return/exchange policy request is for 7 days from the date your order delivered.

2 . Products should be unused and in their original packing and must be remaining at least 90% in the bottle.

3. You have to provide valid proof like order confirmation or receipt for returning / exchange policy.

4. Customers have to bear shipping cost charges for the return or exchange order. Only one time you are applicable to use exchange policy.

5. Once you receive your parcel you should make video while opening as if you got wrong product damaged or leaked one we bear the delivery charges.

6. Shipping cost are non refundable for exchange or return order.

7. Sales items are not eligible for return or  exchange.

8. Only perfumes are on refundable policy not the other products.

9. If you purchase 2 or more perfumes Only one fragrance is on exchange/ refundable policy.
